Retired law enforcement officer definition

Retired law enforcement officer means a person who retired as a certified law enforcement officer from a local or state law enforcement agency with at least ten (10) years of experience as a law enforcement officer.
Retired law enforcement officer means an individual who is no more than seven (7) years retired from service as a law enforcement officer, as defined in § 39-11- 106, from a federal, state, or local law enforcement agency;
