Retiree medical account definition

Retiree medical account means the group health plan described in the document entitled the "public employees retirement system of Ohio retiree medical account" that was effective on January 1, 2003, and includes amendments adopted through June 30, 2016. The text of the public employees retirement system of Ohio retiree medical account shall not be incorporated into this or any other rule of the Administrative Code.   • Covered Employees who can attain eligibility to receive GM OPEB under the Term Sheet (Attachment B) are not eligible to receive credits in the Retiree Medical Account.

  • The Medical Benefits supplied through the Retiree Medical Account are subordinate to the retirement benefits offered by the Plan.

  • However, the payment of any necessary or appropriate expenses attributable to the administration of the Retiree Medical Account shall not be deemed a violation of the foregoing requirement.
