Retirement Notice Period definition

Retirement Notice Period means the period beginning on the date Employee provides written notice to Aramark of his or her Retirement with Notice and ending on the last day of the Retirement Notice Period, as stated in such notice).

Retirement Notice Period means the six (6)-month period immediately following the Retirement Notice Date.

Related to Retirement Notice Period

  • Notice Period has the meaning set forth in Section 5.09(e).

  • Early Termination Notice Date Any date as of which the aggregate Stated Principal Balance of the Mortgage Loans (including REO Mortgage Loans) is less than 1.0% of the sum of the aggregate Cut-Off Date Balance of the Mortgage Pool initially included in the Trust Fund.

  • Optional Termination The termination of the trust created hereunder in connection with the purchase of the Mortgage Loans pursuant to Section 9.01(a) hereof.
