Return of Unclaimed Moneys. Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee or any paying agent for payment of the principal of, and premium, if any, or interest on Debentures and not applied but remaining unclaimed by the holders of Debentures for 2 years after the date upon which the principal of, and premium, if any, or interest on such Debentures, as the case may be, shall have become due and payable, shall, subject to applicable escheatment laws, be repaid to the Company by the Trustee or such paying agent on written demand; and the holder of any of the Debentures shall thereafter look only to the Company for any payment which such holder may be entitled to collect, and all liability of the Trustee or such paying agent with respect to such moneys shall thereupon cease.
Return of Unclaimed Moneys. Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee or any paying agent for payment of the principal of or premium, if any, or interest on Securities and not applied but remaining unclaimed by the holders of Securities for two years after the date upon which the principal of or premium, if any, or interest on such Securities, as the case may be, shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Company by the Trustee or such paying agent on Company Request; and the holder of any of the Securities shall thereafter look only to the Company for any payment which such holder may be entitled to collect and all liability of the Trustee or such paying agent with respect to such moneys shall thereupon cease.

Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee or any paying agent for the payment of the principal of (and premium, if any) or interest on any Security and not applied but remaining unclaimed for two years after the date upon which such principal (and premium, if any, on) or interest shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Company by the Trustee or such paying agent on demand, and the holder of such Security shall thereafter, as an unsecured general creditor, look only to the Company for any payment which such holder may be entitled to collect and all liability of the Trustee or any paying agent with respect to such moneys shall thereupon cease.

Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Debenture Trustee or any paying agent for payment of the principal of or interest (including Compounded Interest and Additional Sums, if any) on Securities and not applied but remaining unclaimed by the holders of Securities for two years after the date upon which the principal of or interest (including Compounded Interest and Additional Sums, if any) on such Securities, as the case may be, shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Corporation by the Debenture Trustee or such paying agent; and the holder of any of the Securities shall thereafter look only to the Corporation for any payment which such holder may be entitled to collect and all liability of the Debenture Trustee or such paying agent with respect to such moneys shall thereupon cease.
Return of Unclaimed Moneys. Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee or any paying agent for the payment of the principal of (and premium, if any), interest, if any, and Additional Amounts, if any, on any Security and not applied but remaining unclaimed for two years after the date upon which such principal (and premium, if any), interest, if any, and Additional Amounts, if any, shall have become due and payable, shall, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable escheat or abandoned or unclaimed property law, be repaid to the Corporation by the Trustee or such paying agent on demand, and the Holder of such Security or any Coupon appertaining to such Security shall, unless otherwise required by mandatory provisions of applicable escheat or abandoned or unclaimed property law, thereafter look only to the Corporation for any payment that such Holder may be entitled to collect and all liability of the Trustee or any paying agent with respect to such moneys shall thereupon cease; provided, however, that the Trustee or such paying agent, before being required to make any such repayment with respect to moneys deposited with it or any payment in respect of Unregistered Securities of any series, may at the expense of the Corporation cause to be published once, in an Authorized Newspaper in the Borough of Manhattan, The City of New York and once in an Authorized Newspaper in London (and, if required by Section 4.04, at least once in an Authorized Newspaper in Luxembourg), notice that such moneys remain and that, after a date specified therein, which shall not be less than thirty days from the date of such publication, any unclaimed balance of such money then remaining will be repaid to the Corporation.
Return of Unclaimed Moneys. Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee or any paying agent for the payment of the principal of and premium, if any, interest, if any, and, to the extent provided in Section 12.01(a)(ii), Additional Amounts, if any, on any Security and not applied but remaining unclaimed for three years after the date upon which such principal, premium, if any, interest, if any, and Additional Amounts, if any, shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Company or the Guarantor, as applicable, by the Trustee or such paying agent on demand, and the Holder of such Security shall thereafter look only to the Company or, with respect to any series of Securities to which the provisions of Article Fifteen shall apply, the Guarantor for any payment as unsecured general creditors unless an abandoned property law designates another Person and all liability of the Trustee or any paying agent with respect to such moneys shall thereupon cease.
Return of Unclaimed Moneys. Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee for payment of the principal of or any premium or interest on any Notes and not applied but remaining unclaimed by the Holders of such Notes for two years after the date upon which the principal of or any premium or interest on such Notes, as the case may be, shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Company, subject to applicable abandoned property laws, by the Trustee on written demand by the Company; and any Holder of any of such Notes shall thereafter look only to the Company for any payment which such Holder may be entitled to collect.

Any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee for payment of the principal of or interest on Securities and not applied but remaining unclaimed by the Holders of Securities of any series for two years after the date upon which the principal of or interest on such Securities, as the case may be, shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Company by the Trustee on written demand and all liability of the Trustee shall thereupon cease; and the Holder of any of the Securities of any series shall thereafter look only to the Company for any payment which such Holder may be entitled to collect.

Except as may be required under applicable law, any moneys deposited with or paid to the Trustee or any paying agent for payment of the principal of, and premium, if any, or interest, if any, on Securities and not applied but remaining unclaimed by the holders of Securities for two years after the date upon which the principal of, and premium, if any, or interest, if any, on such Securities, as the case may be, shall have become due and payable, shall be repaid to the Company by the Trustee or such paying agent; and the holder of any of the Securities shall thereafter look only to the Company for any payment which such holder may be entitled to collect and all liability of the Trustee or such paying agent with respect to such moneys shall thereupon cease.
