  • Prehearing conference means a proceeding scheduled and conduc- ted by a hearing officer to address issues in preparation for a formal administrative hearing.

  • Conference center means a facility that:

  • State Estimator means a computer model that computes the state (voltage magnitudes and angles) of the Transmission System using the network model and real-time measurements. Line flows, transformer flows, and injections at the busses are calculated from the known state and the transmission line parameters. The State Estimator has the capability to detect and identify bad measurements.

  • Post-observation conference means a meeting, either in-person or remotely, between the supervisor who conducted the observation and the teaching staff member for the purpose of evaluation to discuss the data collected in the observation.

  • Functional behavioral assessment means an individualized assessment of the student that results in a team hypothesis about the function of a student’s behavior and, as appropriate, recommendations for a behavior intervention plan.

  • Cost Estimate means the detailed projected expenditure, including material costs and overhead, equipment costs and overhead, labor costs and overhead, and all taxes associated with each major material and service component, required for a line extension. It shall also separately identify any incremental costs associated with providing premium services. The Company may, for the purpose of standardization, establish standard construction cost estimates, for basic or premium service plans, which shall not exceed, in any event, the average cost of constructing such line extensions in the area involved, in which case the term “cost estimate” as used in this section will be understood to mean the standard estimate thus established.

  • De-escalation means the use of a behavior management technique that helps a student increase the student’s control over the student’s emotions and behavior and results in a reduction of a present or potential level of danger that in turn reduces the level of imminent danger of serious physical harm to the student or others.

  • Intrinsic Loss Estimate means total losses under the shared loss agreements in the amount of twenty nine million dollars ($ 29,000,000.00).

  • Root Cause Analysis Report means a report addressing a problem or non-conformance, in order to get to the ‘root cause’ of the problem, which thereby assists in correcting or eliminating the cause, and prevent the problem from recurring.

  • SF1-4 Intrinsic Loss Estimate means total losses under this Single Family Shared-Loss Agreement in the amount of eighteen million dollars ($18,000,000.00).

  • measure means any measure by a Party, whether in the form of a law, regulation, rule, procedure, decision, administrative action, or any other form;

  • Conference means all activities associated with any functions, room rentals, and/or meals on the dates indicated, that are the subject of this Agreement, as described on the Standard Agreement Coversheet form.

  • Performance evaluation means evaluation of work and program participation as well as other areas of behavior.

  • Net Metering Net metering refers to customers who sell electricity they produce, typically through a rooftop solar panel, back to the utility for credit. If you are a net metering customer, you should not enroll with XOOM because your net metering agreement will not transfer to XOOM once you enroll.

  • Ascertainable standard means a standard relating to an individual's health, education, support, or maintenance within the meaning of section 2041(b)(1)(A) or 2514(c)(1) of the Internal Revenue Code.

  • Reference evapotranspiration or “ETo” means a standard measurement of environmental parameters which affect the water use of plants. ETo is given expressed in inches per day, month, or year as represented in Appendix C of these Guidelines, and is an estimate of the evapotranspiration of a large field of four to seven-inch tall, cool-season grass that is well watered. Reference evapotranspiration is used as the basis of determining the Maximum Applied Water Allowances.

  • Conference of the Parties means the Conference of the Parties to the Convention;

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Yearly (1/Year) sampling frequency means the sampling shall be done in the month of September, unless specifically identified otherwise in the effluent limitations and monitoring requirements table.

  • Benchmarking Information means information generated by Portfolio Manager, as herein defined including descriptive information about the physical building and its operational characteristics.

  • estimated consumption means the consumption that a customer, whose consumption is not measured during a specific period, is deemed to have consumed and that is estimated by taking into account factors that are considered relevant by the Municipality and which may include the consumption of municipal services by the totality of the users of a service within the area where the service is rendered by the Municipality, at the appropriate level of service, for a specific time;

  • Locational Deliverability Area Reliability Requirement means the projected internal capacity in the Locational Deliverability Area plus the Capacity Emergency Transfer Objective for the Delivery Year, as determined by the Office of the Interconnection in connection with preparation of the Regional Transmission Expansion Plan, less the minimum internal resources required for all FRR Entities in such Locational Deliverability Area.

  • Calibration gas means a gas mixture used to calibrate gas analysers.

  • Root Cause Analysis means a method of problem solving designed to identify the underlying causes of a problem. The focus of a root cause analysis is on systems, processes, and outcomes that require change to reduce the risk of harm.
