Reverse Stock Split Date definition

Reverse Stock Split Date means the first date following the Issue Date on which a reverse stock split of the Common Stock is approved and deemed effective.
Reverse Stock Split Date means the date on which the Reverse Stock Split is consummated and deemed effective by the State of Delaware.
