Review program definition

Review program means the peer review conducted under the peer review program.
Review program means a systematic plan for utilization review to determine whether a second surgical opinion should be obtained for selected elective surgical procedures furnished to Medicaid recipients. The plan must provide for review of each case for elective surgical procedures which applies to inpatient services of a hospital or outpatient services.

  • A teacher who is participating in the Peer Assistance and Review program.

  • Participating Teachers are all certificated classroom teachers who participate in the Peer Assistance and Review program.

  • Probationary teachers will receive assistance from the Peer Assistance and Review program.

  • If the teacher is participating in the Peer Assistance and Review program, the teacher may choose not to attend this post observation conference.

  • Review Package A package of documents consisting of a memorandum outlining the analysis and recommendation (in accordance with the Servicing Standard) of the Master Servicer or the Special Servicer, as the case may be, with respect to the matters that are the subject thereof, and copies of all relevant documentation.
