Revised Election definition

Revised Election means an election made by a Participant, in accordance with Section 5.2, to change the date as of which payment of his or her Account Balance is to commence and/or the form in which such payment is to be made.

  • All payments shall be made in the form or forms specified in the Election or Elections or (where applicable) the Revised Election or Elections.
