Quality Management Plan means the portion of the Project Development Plan providing the information requested in Section 4.3 of Exhibit B to the ITP.
Accounting Procedure means the principles and procedures of accounting set out in Appendix C.
service delivery and budget implementation plan means a detailed plan approved by the executive mayor of the municipality, in terms of section 53(l) (c) (ii) of the MFMA, for implementing the municipality's delivery of municipal services and which indicate –
FERPA means the Family Educational Rights and Privacy Act and its implementing regulations, 20 USC Section 1232g and 34 CFR Part 99, respectively.
COGSA means the Carriage of Goods by Sea Act of the United States of America approved on 16th April 1936.
Staff Vetting Procedure means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.
Protocol means, in respect of any category of object and associated rights to which this Convention applies, the Protocol in respect of that category of object and associated rights;
Change Control Procedure means the procedure as set out in Schedule 3 (Change Control Procedure);
Applicable MREL Regulations means, at any time, the laws, regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies then in effect in Norway giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then applicable to the Issuer, including, without limitation to the generality of the foregoing, CRD, the BRRD and those regulations, requirements, guidelines and policies giving effect to any MREL Requirement or any successor regulations then in effect (whether or not such requirements, guidelines or policies have the force of law and whether or not they are applied generally or specifically to the Issuer or to the Issuer and its subsidiaries);
CDBG-DR means Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery.
Community practice protocol means a written, executed agreement entered into voluntarily between an authorized pharmacist and a physician establishing drug therapy management for one or more of the pharmacist’s and physician’s patients residing in a community setting. A community practice protocol shall comply with the requirements of subrule 8.34(2).
Categorical pretreatment standard or “Categorical Standard” means any regulation containing pollutant discharge limits promulgated by the U.S. EPA in accordance with Sections 307(b) and (c) of the Clean Water Act, 33 USC 1317, which apply to a specific category of Users and which appear in 40 CFR Chapter I, Subchapter N, Parts 405-471.
Montreal Convention means the Convention for the Unification of Certain Rules Relating to International Carriage by Air, signed at Montreal, May 28, 1999.
Attachment point means a point on the network at which network assets are connected to assets owned by another person.
Opium poppy means the plant of the species Papaver somniferum L., except its seeds.
Switching and Tagging Rules means the switching and tagging procedures of Interconnected Transmission Owners and Interconnection Customer as they may be amended from time to time.
Business Continuity Plan means any plan prepared pursuant to clause H5.6, as may be amended from time to time.
Public Finance Management Act ’ means the Public Finance Management Act, 1999 (Act No. 1 of 1999);
