Revolver Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).
Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 308.
Non-Extension Notice has the meaning specified in Section 2.10.
Term Loan Extension Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(a).
Revolver Extension Series has the meaning set forth in Section 2.16(b).
Maturity Date Extension Request means a request by the Borrower, in the form of Exhibit G hereto or such other form as shall be approved by the Administrative Agent, for the extension of the Maturity Date pursuant to Section 2.20.
Non-Extension Notice Date has the meaning specified in Section 2.03(b)(iii).
Extension Request has the meaning specified in Section 2.16(a).
Notice of Revolving Credit Advance has the meaning ascribed to it in Section 1.1(a).
Revolver Maturity Date means September 21, 2023, or, as to any Revolving Credit Lender for which the Revolver Maturity Date is extended pursuant to Section 2.17, the date to which the Revolver Maturity Date is so extended or, if such day is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.
Initial Revolving Credit Maturity Date means the date that is five years after the Closing Date.
Revolving Credit Extension Request shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.15(a)(ii).
Incremental Term Loan Maturity Date means the final maturity date of any Incremental Term Loan, as set forth in the applicable Incremental Term Loan Assumption Agreement.
Notice of Extension/Conversion means the written notice of extension or conversion in substantially the form of Schedule 3.2, as required by Section 3.2.
Specified Existing Revolving Credit Commitment shall have the meaning provided in Section 2.14(g)(ii).
Revolver means a short firearm having a cylinder of several chambers that are brought successively into line with the barrel to be discharged, designed to be aimed and fired by the use of a single hand.
Revolving Credit Maturity Date means the date that is six years after the Closing Date, or, if such date is not a Business Day, the next preceding Business Day.
Extended Revolving Credit Facility means each Class of Extended Revolving Credit Commitments established pursuant to Section 2.15(a)(ii).
Revolving Facility Maturity Date means, as the context may require, (a) with respect to the Revolving Facility in effect on the Closing Date, August 3, 2020 and (b) with respect to any other Classes of Revolving Facility Commitments, the maturity dates specified therefor in the applicable Incremental Assumption Agreement.
Term Loan A Maturity Date means the earliest of (a) May 24, 2012, or (b) such earlier date upon which the Outstanding Amounts under the Term Loan Facility, including all accrued and unpaid interest, are required to be paid in full in accordance with the terms hereof.
Incremental Loan Request has the meaning set forth in Section 2.14(a).
Term Loan Committed Amount shall have the meaning set forth in Section 2.2(a).
Additional Credit Extension Amendment means an amendment to this Agreement providing for any Incremental Commitments which shall be consistent with the applicable provisions of this Agreement relating to such Incremental Commitments and otherwise reasonably satisfactory to the Administrative Agent and the Borrower.
New Term Loan Maturity Date means the date on which a New Term Loan matures.
Revolving Line Maturity Date is the earliest of (a) March 30, 2010, or (b) the occurrence of an Event of Default.”
Extended Revolving Credit Commitment has the meaning specified in Section 2.15(a).
