Revolver Outstandings definition

Revolver Outstandings means the aggregate Outstanding Amount of all Committed Loans and all L/C Obligations.
Revolver Outstandings means “Total Outstandings” as defined in the Revolver Credit Agreement, as in effect on the Effective Date.
Revolver Outstandings means, at any time, the sum of (i) the aggregate principal amount of all outstanding Revolving Loans plus (ii) the Stated Amount of all Letters of Credit at such time.

  • Aggregate Revolving Credit Exposure means the aggregate amount of the Lenders’ Revolving Credit Exposures.

  • Revolving Credit Exposure means, with respect to any Lender at any time, the sum of the outstanding principal amount of such Lender’s Revolving Loans and its LC Exposure and Swingline Exposure at such time.
