Revolving Exit Facility Credit Agreement definition

Revolving Exit Facility Credit Agreement means that certain loan agreement, memorializing the Revolving Exit Facility, which shall be entered into among one or more of the Reorganized Debtors, the Exit Facilities Agent and the Revolving Exit Facility Lenders, as may be amended, restated, supplemented or otherwise modified from time to time.
Revolving Exit Facility Credit Agreement means the credit agreement with respect to the Revolving Exit Facility.
