Revolving Loan Funding Account definition

Revolving Loan Funding Account means account number xxxx8472 maintained by Company at First Republic Bank, or such other replacement account acceptable to Agent and designated as the "Revolving Loan Funding Account" for purposes of this Agreement, which shall be subject to a first-priority security interest in favor of Agent and shall be the account into which all disbursements of Revolving Loan proceeds shall be funded. ​
