Revolving Loan Party definition

Revolving Loan Party means “Loan Party” as such term is defined in the Revolving Credit Agreement.

  • The Revolving Administrative Agent shall not be under any obligation to any Revolving Lender to ascertain or to inquire as to the observance or performance of any of the agreements contained in, or conditions of, this Agreement or any other Revolving Loan Document, or to inspect the properties, books or records of any Revolving Loan Party.

  • Each of the representations and warranties made by any Revolving Loan Party in or pursuant to the Revolving Loan Documents shall be true and correct in all material respects on and as of such date; provided that, the representations and warranties made in Sections 3.1, 3.2, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 3.9, 3.13, 3.14, 3.15, 3.16, 3.17 and 3.18 shall be true and correct in all respects as of such date.
