RFC Facility definition

RFC Facility means the Warehousing Credit and Security Agreement, dated as of December 19, 2001, between American Home Mortgage Corp., Marina Mortgage Company, Inc. and Residential Funding Corporation, as may be amended from time to time, and all other documents or agreements executed in connection therewith, or replacement facilities with substantially similar terms (including, but not limited to, amounts and rates) with financial institutions approved by Buyer.
