RFP Manager definition

RFP Manager means the person authorized by the FOURTH JDC to manage or administer a procurement requiring the evaluation of competitive sealed proposals.
RFP Manager means the person or designee authorized to manage or administer this RFP on behalf of the City.

  • It must also contain a statement of grounds for protest including appropriate supporting exhibits, and it must specify the ruling requested from the RFP Manager.

  • Approximate opening date: 9:00 AM PST on DECEMBER 1ST, 2020 at the office of the LEAGUE OF OREGON CITIES, c/o Jamie Johnson-Davis, RFP Manager -1567 Edgewater Street NW Salem, OR 97304 Proposal selection: DECEMBER 1ST, 2020 to DECEMBER 15TH, 2020.

  • Mines Manager means the Mining Engineer so designated for Jhamarkotra Rock Phosphate Mines of Rajasthan State Mines and Minerals Limited.

  • City’s Manager means a manager who at the relevant time carries such designation from the City under, or in accordance with, ARTICLE 5;

  • Asset Management Company/UTI AMC/AMC/Investment Manager means the UTI Asset Management Company Limited incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956, (1 of 1956) replaced by The Companies Act, 2013 (No. 18 of 2013) and approved as such by Securities and Exchange Board of India (SEBI) under sub-regulation (2) of Regulation 21 to act as the Investment Manager to the schemes of UTI Mutual Fund;

  • Site Manager means an individual proposed to be named in the licence as a site manager

  • Project Manager means the principal employee or agent of the Recipient having administrative authority over the Project designated in Appendix B pursuant to Section VI hereof, or authorized designee as per written notification to the Director.

  • General Manager means the Officer-in-Charge of the general superintendence and control of the Zonal Railway/Production Units and shall also include the General Manager (Construction) and shall mean and include their successors, of the Successor Railway.

  • Technical Manager means Navios ShipManagement Inc., a company incorporated in the Xxxxxxxx Islands and having its registered office at Trust Company Complex, Ajeltake Road, Ajeltake Island, Majuro, Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, XX00000 or any other person appointed by an Owner, with the prior written consent of the Agent, as the technical manager of the relevant Mortgaged Vessel;

  • Region Manager means the designated DNR staff person responsible for managing the affairs of DNR in designated large geographic areas. The Region Manager may perform the duties of the Contract Manager.

  • Operations Manager is defined in Section 4.8(a).

  • Account Manager means a Person that acts as an agent and attorney-in- fact to buy or sell Swaps via the SEF operated by BSEF in the name and on behalf of another Person. An Account Manager may also be a Participant.

  • ISA Manager means Investec Bank plc.

  • Town Manager shall include the Town Manager and such person’s authorized designees.

  • Regional Manager means regional executive director of the Ministry or except for Section 2.1.1(1)(a), regional executive director’s designate;

  • infrastructure manager means any body or undertaking that is responsible in particular for establishing and maintaining railway infrastructure, or a part thereof, as defined in Article 3 of Directive 91/440/EEC, which may also include the management of infrastructure control and safety systems. The functions of the infrastructure manager on a network or part of a network may be allocated to different bodies or undertakings;

  • Non-Managing Member means any Member other than the Managing Member.

  • Alliance Manager has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1.
