Examples of Right of Interment in a sentence
In the event of a disinterment and a removal of the remains by the Owner of the Right of Interment, the CCA will refund the original purchase amount for the Right of Interment less a twenty-five (25) percent administrative fee and less the funds paid into the irrevocable perpetual care fund.
The Certificate of Right of Interment is not valid until signed by the Owner and returned to the cemetery where the right of interment was purchased.
An exception is made for any trust established by the Owner of the Right of Interment or a trust established for the benefit of those eligible individuals to be interred in the Place of Interment.
Prior to such designation, ownership of the Right of Interment must be affirmed through the receipt of a duly signed Certificate of Right of Interment by the CCA.
An application for refund must be submitted by the original Owner of the Right of Interment.
