Part 6 means Part 6 of the Law and includes any provision of Part 8 or 9 of the Law to the extent that it has effect in relation to or for the purposes of Part 6 of the Law.

• If on any day of Confinement, the Insured Person is admitted to an Intensive Care Unit, this benefit shall be payable for the Eligible Expenses charged on the intensive care services.For the avoidance of doubt, the Eligible Expenses so incurred and payable under this benefit shall not be payable under Section 3(a) of this Part 6.
