right of review means the right under Part 8 of Schedule A1 to request a review.

Related to right of review

  • Right of Reference means the “right of reference” defined in 21 CFR 314.3(b), including with regard to a Party, allowing the applicable Regulatory Authority in a country to have access to relevant information (by cross-reference, incorporation by reference or otherwise) contained in Regulatory Documentation (and any data contained therein) filed with such Regulatory Authority with respect to a Party’s Compound, only to the extent necessary for the conduct of the Study in such country or as otherwise expressly permitted or required under this Agreement to enable a Party to exercise its rights or perform its obligations hereunder.

  • right of use means any right we have to use, in our own name and on our own account or the account of another counterparty, financial instruments received by us by way of collateral under a security collateral arrangement between you and us;

  • Board of Review or “board” means the state building code board of review created by this chapter.

  • Right of Repurchase means the Company’s right of repurchase described in Section 7.

  • right of access means the right to be admitted to invest in the territory of the other Contracting Party, subject to the limits resulting from international agreements binding on both Contracting Parties.

  • ATTORNEY REVIEW The Purchaser acknowledges that Purchaser has had the opportunity to consult with its legal counsel regarding this Agreement and that accordingly the terms of this Agreement are not to be construed against any party because that party drafted this Agreement or construed in favor of any Party because that Party failed to understand the legal effect of the provisions of this Agreement.

  • Review means a financial or operational audit, investigation, inspection or other form of review requested or required by the Funder under the terms of the Enabling Legislation or this Agreement, but does not include the annual audit of the HSP’s financial statements;

  • Right of First Refusal means the Company’s right of first refusal described in Section 8.

  • Performance Right means a right to acquire a Share subject to the satisfaction of applicable vesting conditions.

  • Right of First Offer has the meaning set forth in Section 8.7.

  • Records Review means any assessment the Province conducts pursuant to section A7.4 (Records Review).

  • Examination Criteria means the loan classification criteria employed by, or any applicable regulations of, the Assuming Institution’s Chartering Authority at the time such action is taken, as such criteria may be amended from time to time.

  • Joint Remediation Committee has the meaning set forth in Section II.A.2.

  • Election to Foreclose Any election by the Purchaser to proceed with the Commencement of Foreclosure, made in accordance with Section 2.03(a).

  • Prospective review means utilization review conducted prior to an admission or a course of treatment.

  • Right of Others means, as to any Property in which a Person has an interest, any legal or equitable right, title or other interest (other than a Lien) held by any other Person in that Property, and any option or right held by any other Person to acquire any such right, title or other interest in that Property, including any option or right to acquire a Lien; provided, however, that (a) no covenant restricting the use or disposition of Property of such Person contained in any Contractual Obligation of such Person and (b) no provision contained in a contract creating a right of payment or performance in favor of a Person that conditions, limits, restricts, diminishes, transfers or terminates such right shall be deemed to constitute a Right of Others.

  • Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement means the agreement among the Company, the Purchasers, and certain other stockholders of the Company, dated as of the date of the Initial Closing, in the form of Exhibit F attached to this Agreement.

  • independent review committee means the independent review committee of the investment fund established under National Instrument 81-107 Independent Review Committee for Investment Funds;

  • Periodic Review means a review conducted by Ofwat for the purpose of determining one or more Price Controls in accordance with Part III of Condition B, but so that references in Part IV of Condition B to a Periodic Review shall exclude any review carried out under paragraph 11 of that Condition and shall include the determination by the Competition and Markets Authority of the relevant questions or, as the case may be, the disputed determination referred to it under paragraph 16 of Condition B;

  • angle of repose means the steepest angle of a surface at which a mass of loose or fragmented material will remain stationary in a pile on the surface, rather than sliding or crumbling away;

  • Right of First Refusal Agreement means that certain Amended and Restated Right of First Refusal and Co-Sale Agreement, by and between the Company, the Investors and the Stockholders (in each case, as defined therein), dated as of the date hereof, and as may be amended from time to time.

  • Performance Review means a summative evaluation of a teacher other than a beginning teacher and used to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations and the Iowa teaching standards, and to determine whether the teacher’s practice meets school district expectations for career advancement in accordance with Iowa Code section 284.7.

  • Investigation Committee means the Investigation Committee appointed by the Board under Regulation 5 of these Regulations;

  • Program Plan means the tobacco settlement program plan dated February 14, 2001, including exhibits to the program plan, submitted by the authority to the legislative council and the executive council, to provide the state with a secure and stable source of funding for the purposes designated by section 12E.3A and other provisions of this chapter.

  • Option means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • Right of Co-Sale means the right, but not an obligation, of an Investor to participate in a Proposed Key Holder Transfer on the terms and conditions specified in the Proposed Transfer Notice.
