Board of Review definition

Board of Review or “board” means the state building code board of review created by Iowa Code section 103A.15. The three members of the board of review are appointed by the building code commissioner from among the membership of the building code advisory council.
Board of Review or “board” means the state building code board of review created by this chapter.
Board of Review means the Employee Benefit Board of Review appointed and acting under the Abbott Laboratories Annuity Retirement Plan and having the duties and powers described in Article 9.

  • All hearings of the Board of Review shall be closed, unless the appellant, grievant, or person charged requests an open hearing.

  • If the Union and the Employer cannot agree on the laboratory to conduct the test, the Board of Review shall be convened, and the Union and the Employer shall each submit their selection for the laboratory, together with a written statement as to why each feels their laboratory is the most appropriate one.

  • A member of the Authority Board of Directors or Board of Review is ineligible to apply for employment during term of office and within one year thereafter.

Board of Review means the board established in §9-2-6(13) of this code.
