Rigid part definition

Rigid part means a structural part or element which does not have significant deformation and energy absorption during the rollover test.

NOTE: This definition shall be read so as not to conflict with the definition for “counterfeit electronic part” cited in DFARS 252.246-7007, where that definition shall govern to the extent that clause applies.

  • Manufactured dwelling park means a place where four or more manufactured dwellings

Food and food ingredients do not include alcoholic beverages and tobacco.

  • Mist spray adhesive means any aerosol which is not a special purpose spray adhesive and which delivers a particle or mist spray, resulting in the formation of fine, discrete particles that yield a generally uniform and smooth application of adhesive to the substrate.
