Customer Property definition

Customer Property. ’ means cash, a se- curity, or other property, or proceeds of such cash, security, or property, received, acquired, or held by or for the account of the debtor, from or for the account of a customer—
Customer Property means the property, other than real property and IPR, including any equipment issued or made available to the Supplier by the Customer in connection with this Call Off Contract;
Customer Property means all graphic user interface, text, content, images, video, music, designs, products, computer programs, drawings, documentation and other materials of any kind posted, submitted, provided or otherwise made available to us by you or an Authorized User in connection with the Products and Services. Customer Property may also contain Personal Information which is defined in Section 5.

  • Customer agrees that neither Citizens nor its contractor nor its contractor's subcontractors shall be liable for environmentally related claims arising from or related to conditions on the Customer Property prior to the beginning of the Work.

  • Xxxxxx will maintain an information security program (including the adoption and enforcement of internal policies and procedures) designed to (a) secure the Services and Customer Property against accidental or unlawful loss, access, or disclosure, (b) identify reasonably foreseeable and internal risks to security and unauthorized access, and (c) minimize security risks, including through risk assessment and regular testing.

  • Unless otherwise specifically agreed to in writing by Xxxxxx, Customer Property may be hosted by Xxxxxx or its Affiliates, or their respective authorized third-party service providers, in the United States, the European Economic Area (“EEA”), or the United Kingdom.


More Definitions of Customer Property

Customer Property means the property, other than real property and IPR, including any equipment issued or made available to the Supplier by the Customer in connection with this Contract ;
Customer Property means any property, whether tangible or intangible, of or belonging to the Agency, including Customer Data and Customer-Owned Deliverables, software, hardware, programs, or other property possessed, owned, or otherwise controlled, maintained, or licensed by the Agency, including Third Party Software or Third Party Intellectual Property.
Customer Property means all property supplied to the Company by or on behalf of the Customer which is held by the Company for the purposes of the Contract, or is in transit to or from the Customer;
Customer Property means all Customer Data and any other property delivered to RIB by Customer or at Customer’s direction to facilitate RIB’s provision of Services under this Agreement that is specifically identified as such in the applicable section.
Customer Property means any property of or belonging to a Governmental Entity making purchases pursuant to an Underlying Agreement(s), including Customer Data, software, hardware, programs or other property possessed, owned, or otherwise controlled or maintained by a Governmental Entity.
Customer Property means: (a) Customer Data; and (b) Customer’s Confidential Information.
Customer Property means any property of or belonging to DOE or any other Governmental Entity, including Customer Data and Customer-Owned Deliverables, software, hardware, programs or other property possessed, owned, or otherwise controlled or maintained by DOE or any other Governmental Entity.
