Warranted Part definition

Warranted Part means any Seller proprietary component, equipment, accessory or part, which is installed on an Aircraft at Delivery thereof and
Warranted Part will mean any Seller proprietary component, equipment, accessory or part that at the time of delivery of an Aircraft (a) is installed on or incorporated in such Aircraft, (b) is manufactured to the detail design of the Seller or a subcontractor of it and (c) bears a part number of the Seller.
Warranted Part means any part installed on a Mazda Vehicle by or at the direction of Mazda, which affects any regulated emission from the Mazda Vehicle or its engine.

Examples of Warranted Part in a sentence

  • If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is attributable partially to the design of a Warranted Part and partially to the design of any Supplier Part, the Seller shall, if so requested by the Buyer, seek a solution to the Interface Problem through cooperative efforts of the Seller and any Supplier involved.

  • If a defect is attributable to a defective repair or replacement by the Buyer, a Warranty Claim with respect to such defect will be rejected, notwithstanding any subsequent correction or repair, and will immediately terminate the remaining warranties under this Clause 12.1 in respect of the affected Warranted Part.

  • If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is primarily attributable to the design of a Warranted Part, the Seller shall, if so requested by the Buyer and pursuant to the terms and conditions of Clause 12.1, correct the design of such Warranted Part to the extent of the Seller’s obligation as defined in Clause 12.1.

  • Such return shall be subject to the provisions of Clause 12.1.6.2. Furthermore, the Seller shall have the right to have a Seller Representative present during the disassembly, inspection and testing of any Warranted Part claimed to be defective, subject to such presence being practical and not unduly delaying the repair.

  • If the Seller determines that the Interface Problem is attributable partially to the design of a Warranted Part and partially to the design of any Supplier Part, the Seller will, if so requested by the Buyer, seek a solution to the Interface Problem through cooperative efforts of the Seller and any Supplier involved.

Warranted Part means any part installed on a certified engine package by the manufacturer, or installed in a warranty repair, which affects any regulated emissions from a certified engine package that is subject to any of the standards prescribed in this article and the documents incorporated by reference herein.
