Ringgit Malaysia Card Account definition

Ringgit Malaysia Card Account means an account in Ringgit Malaysia opened with and maintained by the Bank for the purposes of recording debits and credits in respect of usage of the Cards under this Agreement;

  • The total Charges incurred under each of the Ringgit Malaysia Card Account and the Renminbi Card Account by the Cardmember(s) added together collectively, where applicable, must not exceed such credit limit at any time without prior approval of the Bank.

  • The credit limit of each of the Ringgit Malaysia Card Account and the Renminbi Card Account will be subject to a credit limit determined by the Bank, at its sole discretion, and notified to the Account Holder and each Cardmember(s).

  • Credit Card Advance Rate means 90%.

  • Japanese Yen means the lawful currency of Japan.

  • Hong Kong Dollars or “HK$” means the lawful currency of Hong Kong.

  • Online Account means the Bank account from which you will be conducting transactions using a Service;

  • U.S. Dollars and “$” each means the lawful currency of the United States of America.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • USD or “$” means the lawful currency of the United States of America.

  • Australian Dollars means the lawful currency of Australia.

  • ACH Network means the funds transfer system, governed by the NACHA Rules, that provides funds transfer services to participating financial institutions.

  • Indian Rupees or “Rs.” shall mean the mean the currency of the Government of India.

  • Swiss Francs means the lawful currency of Switzerland.

  • DKK means Danish Krone, the lawful currency of Denmark.

  • Designated Accounts means any and all unsecured credit facilities (including without limitation unsecured card or non-card credit facility) that you have with the Participating FIs and excludes joint accounts, any renovation loan, education loan, credit facility granted for businesses or business purposes and such other credit facility that is excluded under the MAS regulations relating to unsecured credit facilities to individuals.

  • Hong Kong Dollar means the lawful currency of Hong Kong.

  • Debit Card means a card issued by the Financial Institution that allows the holder of the card to deposit cash and/or Instruments or withdraw cash from the Account through an ATM, authorize Transactions on the Account through an ATM, and that operates like an Instrument to purchase goods and services from merchants.

  • Debit means a charge or an amount of money somebody must pay. If we debit money to you or debit money to your account, that money is then added to the unpaid balance and the unpaid balance becomes larger. In this case “charge” and “debit” have similar meanings.
