Risk retention group means any corporation or other limited liability association:
Risk Retention Requirements means the credit risk retention requirements of Section 15G of the Exchange Act (15 U.S.C. §78o-11), as added by Section 941 of the Xxxx-Xxxxx Xxxx Street Reform and Consumer Protection Act.
Risk Retention Consultation Party means each risk retention consultation party appointed pursuant to the Lead Securitization Servicing Agreement.

U.S. Risk Retention Rules means the federal interagency credit risk retention rules, codified at 17 C.F.R. Part 246.
