RMB Card definition

RMB Card means a Credit Card using RMB as means of denomination and payment and for use in Mainland China.

Examples of RMB Card in a sentence

  • Any credit balance in the SGD Card Account and the RMB Card Account shall not, in any case, bear interest.

  • For cash advance obtained through the SGD or RMB Card Account, from the date the cash advance was obtained until full payment of the outstanding balance of the SGD or RMB Card Account, whichever is applicable, interest will be charged at the Bank’s applicable interest rate at the relevant time.

  • I will be given a credit limit expressed in HKD (inclusive of a cash advance limit) which will be my maximum allowable outstanding balance in respect of my Card to be shared between the HKD Card Account and RMB Card Account at any time, as set by CCB (Asia) at its discretion.

  • If the amount of RMB after conversion from SGD or other foreign currencies does not cover the total RMB outstanding in the RMB Card Account, the Cardmember must pay the Bank the finance charge, interest and fees on the outstanding amounts at the Bank’s prevailing rate.

  • Interest will also be charged on the outstanding balance of the SGD or RMB Card Account (less the aforesaid partial payments) from the date the cash advance was obtained until full payment of such amount.

  • I agree that any excess credit in my RMB Card Account will be returned to me, upon my request, by crediting to my RMB bank account maintained or to be maintained with CCB (Asia), but not otherwise.

  • RMB Card and (in respect of the RMB account comprised in it) Dual Currency Credit Card are only valid for use in Mainland China (unless otherwise announced by the Bank) and for acquisition of goods and/or services from designated merchants and/or cash advances in RMB at designated ATM or other outlets.

  • Prepaid Card means the MasterCard Prepaid Card that you have purchased from us;

  • Gift card means a document, card, certificate, or other record, whether tangible or intangible, that may be redeemed by a consumer for a dollar value when making a purchase of tangible personal property or services.

  • Payment card means a credit card, charge card, debit card, or any other card that is issued to an authorized card user and that allows the user to obtain, purchase, or receive goods, services, money, or anything else of value from a merchant.

  • Private label credit card means any charge card, credit card, or other instrument serving a similar purpose that carries, refers to, or is branded with the name or logo of a vendor and that can only be used for purchases from the vendor.

  • Card Network means Visa U.S.A., Inc., MasterCard International, Inc., American Express Travel Related Services Company, Inc., DFS Services LLC (the owner of Discover) and their affiliates, or any other payment networks approved by Bank that provide Cards accepted by Merchant.

  • Cardholder means a person authorized to use a Card.

  • Loyalty card means a record given without direct monetary consideration under an award, reward, benefit, loyalty, incentive, rebate, or promotional program which may be used or redeemed only to obtain goods or services or a discount on goods or services. The term does not include a record that may be redeemed for money or otherwise monetized by the issuer.

  • Primary Cardholder means the person who applied for a Card, whose name is on the Account and who a Card is issued to. Purchase means any Transaction other than a Cash Advance.

  • Card Account means the account maintained with the Bank in respect of the card;
