RNTBC Orders definition

RNTBC Orders means the orders of the Federal Court, under section 56 or section 57 of the NT Act in relation to the PBC and the Determination. Details of the RNTBC Orders as at the Effective Date are set out in item 12 of Schedule 2. Sensitive Heritage Information means culturally sensitive information about Aboriginal Sites or Aboriginal Objects, provided by or on behalf of the Native Title Group during the course of or in relation to a Survey, including where such information is contained in any Survey Report.

Related to RNTBC Orders

  • Tariff Order in respect of a licensee means the most recent order issued by the Commission for that licensee indicating the rates to be charged by the licensee from various categories of consumers for supply of electrical energy and services;

  • Product Authorizations means any and all approvals, licenses, notifications, registrations or authorizations of any Governmental Authority for the testing, manufacture, development, distribution, use, storage, import, export, transport, promotion, marketing, sale or commercialization of a Product in any country or jurisdiction, including, without limitation, registration and listing, INDs, NDAs and similar applications.

  • Orders means judgments, writs, decrees, compliance agreements, injunctions or orders of any Governmental Entity or arbitrator.
