ROEs definition

ROEs means those certain agreements between Seller and the respective owners of each of the MDU Properties and Contracted MDU Properties granting Seller and Seller's permitted successors and permitted assigns (i) an easement, license or similar right for the installation, construction, reconstruction, operation, maintenance, inspection, replacement, repair, upgrade, and partial removal of a System on a MDU Property or a Contracted MDU Property (as described in the ROE agreements); and (ii) the xxghts to provide one or more of the Bundled Communications Services to the residents of the MDU Properties or the Contracted MDU Properties (as described in the ROE agreements).

  • Gamete means either of the two generative cells essential for human reproduction;

  • Seaplane means an aircraft that is capable of landing and taking off on the water.

  • TRAI means the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India.

  • Attrition means customers whose contracts were terminated prior to the end of the term either at the option of the customer or by Just Energy.

  • aeroplane means a power-driven heavier-than-air aircraft, deriving its lift in flight chiefly from aerodynamic reactions on surfaces which remain fixed under given conditions of flight;

  • Enplanements means the total number of passengers boarding airline carriers. For purposes of this Section 4.14, all Enplanement comparisons shall be done by Relevant Boarding Area.

  • Outreach Services has the meaning ascribed thereto in Section 2.1(F)(5) hereof and Exhibit B hereto.

  • Topcoat means a coating that is applied over a primer on an aerospace vehicle or component for appearance, identification, camouflage, or protection. Topcoats that are defined as specialty coatings are not included under this definition.

  • Competencies means powers given to a public authority in respect of a specific activity which is key to ensuring the provision of a public service and includes powers of planning, regulating, setting standards, constructing, financing, managing, monitoring and evaluating, sanctioning or intervening in any way to ensure that a function is discharged;

  • SMEs mean micro, small and medium-sized enterprises within the meaning of Recommendation 2003/361/EC in the version of 6 May 2003. Part A IMPLEMENTATION OF THE PROJECT‌ SECTION 1 – GENERAL PRINCIPLES‌

  • Physiotherapist means a health care professional who is registered in the part of the register maintained by the Health Professions Council under article 5 of the Health and Social Work Professions Order 2001 (establishment and maintenance of register) relating to physiotherapists and:

  • Business Critical means any function identified in any Statement of Work as Business Critical.

  • Youth ’ means an individual between the ages of 18 and 35.

  • BEO means a written order issued by the Contractor to the Judicial Council that confirms the Judicial Council’s specific instructions and orders with respect to the Program on any one or more of the following, but does not alter any of the Agreement’s terms and conditions: (i) meeting and/or function room(s) and set-up requirements and/or rental charges; (ii) meal menus and prices and set-up requirements; and/or (iii) audio-visual equipment and set-up requirements and/or rental charges. BEO’s will be approved and signed by the Judicial Council’s representative, as set forth in Exhibit B.

  • Business User means a Signing Officer, Delegate or Non-Signer.

  • Gearing means -1; "Option" means Put;

  • Sadomasochistic abuse means actual or explicitly simulated flagellation or torture by or upon a person who is nude or clad in undergarments, a mask or bizarre costume, or the condition of being fettered, bound or otherwise physically restrained on the part of one so clothed.

  • FIU means the Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago established under section 3 of the Financial Intelligence Unit of Trinidad and Tobago Act;

  • trade in services means the supply of a service: (i) from the Area of a Party into the Area of the other Party (“cross-border supply mode”); (ii) in the Area of a Party to the service consumer of the other Party (“consumption abroad mode”); (iii) by a service supplier of a Party, through commercial presence in the Area of the other Party (“commercial presence mode”); and (iv) by a service supplier of a Party, through presence of natural persons of that Party in the Area of the other Party (“presence of natural persons mode”); and

  • Flashpoint means the minimum temperature at which a liquid gives off a vapor in sufficient concentration to ignite when tested as follows:

  • Mobile crisis outreach team means a crisis intervention service for minors or families of minors experiencing behavioral health or psychiatric emergencies.

  • Enslavement means the exercise of any or all of the powers attaching to the right of ownership over a person and includes the exercise of such power in the course of trafficking in persons, in particular women and children;

  • KENAS wherever appearing means the Kenya National Accreditation Service or its successor(s) and assign(s) where the context so admits

  • Sado-masochistic abuse means flagellation or torture by or upon a person or the condition of being fettered, bound, or otherwise physically restrained.

  • Diversity means variety among individuals. Diversity includes, for example, variations in socio-economic status, race, developmental level, ethnicity, gender, language, learning styles, culture, abilities, age, interests, and/or personality.

  • Clergy means any regularly licensed or ordained minister, priest, or rabbi of any church or religious denomination, whether acting in an individual capacity or as an employee or agent of any public or private organization or institution.
