Rolling Delinquency Percentage. For any Payment Date, the average of the Delinquency Percentages for the Mortgage Loans as of the last day of each of the six (or 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 in the case of the first five Payment Dates, as applicable) most recently ended Due Periods.
Rolling Delinquency Percentage. With respect to any Distribution Date, the average of the Delinquency Percentages as of the last day of each of the three (or one or two, in the case of the first and second Distribution Dates) preceding calendar months.
