Roof Replacement definition

Roof Replacement means the process of removing the existing roof covering, repairing any damaged substrate, and installing a new roof; or the reconstruction or renewal of any part of an existing roof for the purposes of its maintenance.

Roof Replacement has the meaning set forth in Section 7.3.1 hereof.
Roof Replacement. Lessor shall be responsible for the re-roofing of Bldg. 0000 xxxh warranty for no less than 7 years. The exact date has not been determined, but is estimated to occur during the fiscal year 1999. Work is to be completed by a licensed roofing contractor and there shall be no unreasonable disruption of Lessee's work during the replacement time.   • Continuous parameter monitoring system or "CPMS" means all of the equipment necessary to meet the data acquisition and availability requirements of this article, to monitor process and control device operational parameters (for example, control device secondary voltages and electric currents) and other information (for example, gas flow rate, O2 or CO2 concentrations), and to record average operational parameter value(s) on a continuous basis.

  • Full Replacement Cost as used herein shall mean the actual replacement cost of the Leased Property requiring replacement from time to time including an increased cost of construction endorsement, if available, and the cost of debris removal. In the event either party believes that full replacement cost (the then-replacement cost less such exclusions) has increased or decreased at any time during the Lease Term, it shall have the right to have such full replacement cost re-determined.

  • Continuous monitoring system means the total equipment, required under the emission monitoring section in applicable subsections used to sample and condition (if applicable), to analyze, and to provide a permanent record of emissions or process parameters.

  • Generator Maintenance Outage means the scheduled removal from service, in whole or in part, of a generating unit in order to perform necessary repairs on specific components of the facility, if removal of the facility meets the guidelines specified in the PJM Manuals.

  • Major Alteration means change other than repair or replacement of building materials or equipment with materials and equipment of a similar type.

  • Replacement unit means a landfill, surface impoundment, or waste pile unit (1) from which all or substantially all of the waste is removed, and (2) that is subsequently reused to treat, store, or dispose of hazardous waste. “Replacement unit” does not apply to a unit from which waste is removed during closure, if the subsequent reuse solely involves the disposal of waste from that unit and other closing units or corrective action areas at the facility, in accordance with an approved closure plan or EPA or State approved corrective action.
