Royalty Agreements definition

Royalty Agreements means, collectively, each of the agreements with or for the benefit of a Credit Party relating to a Royalty Interest, whether now or hereafter in existence, together with all amendments, restatements, amendments and restatements, modifications, revisions, supplements, extensions, continuations, and replacements thereof in accordance with its terms.

Royalty Agreements means the royalty agreements in place as of the date hereof, as set out in Schedule M.
