Royalty Agreements definition

Royalty Agreements means, collectively, each of the agreements with or for the benefit of a Credit Party relating to a Royalty Interest, whether now or hereafter in existence, together with all amendments, restatements, amendments and restatements, modifications, revisions, supplements, extensions, continuations, and replacements thereof in accordance with its terms.
Royalty Agreements means the royalty agreements entered into or acquired from time to time by any Obligor for a royalty from a mine in a Permitted Jurisdiction or as otherwise acquired pursuant to a Permitted Acquisition, and “Royalty Agreement” means any of the Royalty Agreements.
