Royalty Portfolio means the current or past rights to royalty interests based on global sales of (i) the EMBLEM S-ICD System, which is a subcutaneous implantable defibrillator for the treatment of life-threatening ventricular tachyarrhythmias currently marketed by Boston Scientific Corporation; (ii) Obizur, which is a porcine recombinant Factor VIII for Acquired Hemophilia A currently marketed by Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Limited; (iii) Eraxis, which is a IV echinocandin for the treatment of Candidemia and other forms of Candida infections currently marketed by Pfizer; and (iv) Xenpozyme, which is a enzyme replacement therapy for acid sphingomyelinase deficiency, an orphan disease with high unmet medical need, currently marketed by Sanofi Genzyme;
Royalty Portfolio means the MxXxxxxx River Royalty, the Waterbury Lake / Cigar Lake Royalty, the Michelin Royalty, the Reno Creek Royalty, the Roughrider Royalty, the Rxxxxxx Xxxx and Rxxxxxx Xxxx South Royalty, the Churchrock Royalty, the Dxxxx-Xxxxxxx Royalty, the Lxxxx Royalty, the Roca Honda Royalty, the Lxxxxx Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxx, the Axxxxxxx Royalty, the Slick Rock Royalty, the Wxxxxxx Creek Royalty, the Dxxx Xxxx Royalty, the Energy Queen Royalty, the San Rxxxxx Royalty, the Whirlwind Royalty and the Salamanca Royalty, each as described in the Registration Statement and the Prospectuses (including all documents incorporated by reference therein).
