RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit definition

RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit means a Generation Unit that has received a Statement of Qualification from the DOER, including a Generation Unit termed a New Renewable Generation Unit in a Statement of Qualification issued by the DOER pursuant to 225 CMR 14.00.
RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit means as defined in Section 14.02 of the Renewable Energy Portfolio Standard – Class I.
RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit means a Generation Unit that has received a Statement of Qualification from the DOER, including a Generation Unit termed a New Renewable Generation Unit in a Statement of Qualification issued by the DOER pursuant to 225 CMR 14.00.   • Subject to Section 4.7(b), Seller shall be solely responsible at Seller’s cost for qualifying the Facility as a RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit and maintaining such qualification throughout the Services Term.

  • The notice shall state the date the changes were made to the RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, Solar Carve-out Renewable Generation Unit, or Solar Carve-out II Renewable Generation Unit and describe the changes in sufficient detail to enable the Department to determine if a change in eligibility is warranted.

  • The Department may suspend or revoke a Statement of Qualification if the Owner or Operator of an RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit or Solar Carve-Out Renewable Generation Unit or Authorized Agent of an Aggregation fails to comply with 225 CMR 14.00.
