Statement of Qualification definition

Statement of Qualification means a written document from the DOER that qualifies a Generation Unit as an RPS Class I Renewable Generation Unit, or that qualifies a portion of the annual electrical energy output of a Generation Unit as RPS Class I Renewable Generation (as defined in 225 CMR 14.01).
Statement of Qualification or “SOQ” means the submission made by a Proposer in response to the RFQ, including all clarifications thereto submitted in response to requests by IFA. See also ITP Section 1.1.
Statement of Qualification or “SOQ” means a Qualified Proponents submission in response to this RFQ submitted in reply to this RFQ;
