RREM or LMI program definition

RREM or LMI program means the Reconstruction,
RREM or LMI program means the Reconstruction, Rehabilitation, Elevation, and Mitigation Program or the Low-to-Moderate Income Homeowners Rebuilding Program, established by the department for the purpose of distributing federal funding allocated towards recovery from Superstorm Sandy.

  • The commissioner shall permit the distribution of fraud-response funding to an applicant if a government agency notifies the department, in writing, that there is reasonable cause to believe that a RREM or LMI program contractor has engaged in conduct in violation of the New Jersey consumer fraud act, P.L.1960, c.39 (C.56:8-1 et seq.), or regulations promulgated thereto, in connection with a RREM or LMI program contract to complete work on the applicant’s house.

  • The receipt of rental assistance from the Federal Emergency Management Agency as a result of damage to the homeowner’s primary residence due to Superstorm Sandy, or approval for assistance through the RREM or LMI program, shall constitute good cause for the award of a stay under this subsection for a period concluding upon the earlier of: (1) the conclusion of one year following issuance of a certificate of occupancy for recovery and rebuilding program work; or (2) July 1, 2019.

Extended Enterprise User means an employee of Customer’s affiliate(s), supplier(s) and/or customer(s) authorized to use Customer’s DS Offering for the sole and exclusive purpose of enabling the Extended Enterprise User(s) to conduct business with Customer. The use of the DS Offering by any such Extended Enterprise User(s) 1) shall be solely limited to use (a) as configured and deployed by Customer and (b) in connection with the Extended Enterprise User’s performance of services for and on behalf of Customer, and 2) shall exclude any use by Extended Enterprise User (a) for its own account or a third party’s account, or (b) for the purpose of modifying, otherwise using, maintaining or hosting the DS Offering. Extended Enterprise Users are authorized if so specified in the Product Portfolio.
