Mitigation plan means a proposal that includes the process or means to achieve carbon dioxide mitigation through use of mitigation projects or carbon credits.

AML Program has the meaning ascribed thereto in Schedule 2.1(F)(8) hereof.
Application Program means a computer program which is intended to be executed for the purpose of performing useful work for the user of the information being processed. Application programs are developed or otherwise acquired by the user of the Hardware/Software system, but they may be supplied by the Contractor.
Education program means any program that is principally engaged in the provision of education, including, but not limited to, early childhood education, elementary and secondary education, postsecondary education, special education, job training, career and technical education, and adult education, and any program that is administered by an educational agency or institution.
Compensatory mitigation means types of mitigation used to replace project-induced critical area and buffer losses or impacts.
Program means the statutorily authorized activities of the System Agency under which this Contract has been awarded.
Management Plan means a plan to manage the activities and protect the special value or values in an Antarctic Specially Protected Area or an Antarctic Specially Managed Area.
Procurement Plan means the Recipient’s procurement plan for the Project, dated April 2, 2010, and referred to in paragraph 1.16 of the Procurement Guidelines and paragraph 1.24 of the Consultant Guidelines, as the same shall be updated from time to time in accordance with the provisions of said paragraphs.
Paycheck Protection Program means loan program created by Section 1102 of the CARES Act.
risk management plan ’ means a risk management plan submitted to the Ad- ministrator by an owner or operator of a stationary source under subparagraph (B)(iii).
Activity Plan means the plan that is developed for each Individual based on their activity assessment. The plan should include strategies for how these activities can become part of the Individual’s daily routines.
Individualized education program or “IEP” means a written statement for a child with a disability as defined in 14 DE Admin. Code 922.
Development Plans has the meaning set forth in Section 3.2.
Mitigation means balancing measures that are designed, implemented and function to restore natural functions and values that are otherwise lost through development and human activities.
Pilot program means a program using a representative sample of residential and small commercial customers to assist in developing and offering customer choice of electricity supply for all residential and commercial customers.
Medical Reimbursement Programs means a collective reference to the Medicare, Medicaid and TRICARE programs and any other health care program operated by or financed in whole or in part by any foreign or domestic federal, state or local government.
Mitigation Measures means “mitigation measures” as defined in subsection 2(1) of the Canadian Environmental Assessment Act, 2012.

Project Implementation Plan means the detail plan submitted by the Developer with regard to development of Project Facilities and its operation and management thereof in accordance with this Agreement and to be appended as Schedule 9 to this Agreement.

Mitigation Study Period means the duration of time extending six consecutive Capability Periods and beginning with the Starting Capability Period associated with a Class Year Study, Additional SDU Study, and/or Expedited Deliverability Study.
