RRP Community definition

RRP Community means a Rural Community which has at least 6 Isolation Points.
RRP Community means an RSA Community which has the minimum number of Isolation Points required for eligibility as determined by the JSC.

  • Planned community means a common interest community that is not a condominium or a cooperative. A condominium or cooperative may be part of a planned community.

  • School Community means all parents, students and staff of the school and all other persons who have a legitimate interest in or connection with the school.

  • University Community means all students and employees of the University, persons officially associated with the University, former students and alumni at the University, as well as invitees, visitors and guests.

  • College community means trustees, students, staff, faculty, and visitors on college-owned or controlled facilities.

  • Member of the University Community means students, faculty, or staff, or other persons affiliated with the University.

  • local community means any community of people living or having rights or interests in a distinct geographical area;

  • European Communities means the European Economic Community, the European Coal and Steel Community and the European Atomic Energy Community.

  • Non-community water system means a public water system that is not a community water system.

  • Community means Ascension St. Vincent Fishers’ primary service area, although not exclusive to, is Hamilton County which is in central Indiana. A Patient will also be deemed to be a member of the Organization’s Community if the emergency and medically necessary care the Patient requires is continuity of emergency and medically necessary care received at another Ascension Health facility where the Patient has qualified for financial assistance for such emergency and medically necessary care.

  • European Community means the territory comprised by the Member States of the European Community as constituted from time to time;

  • Home and community-based services or "HCBS" means Home and Community-Based Services as defined in OAR chapter 411, division 004.

  • Essential community provider or “ECP” means a provider that:

  • Disadvantaged community means a community with an annual median household income that is less than 80 percent of the statewide annual median household income.

  • Enterprise zone means a neighborhood enterprise zone designated under the neighborhood enterprise zone act, 1992 PA 147, MCL 207.771 to 207.787.

  • Manufactured home community means the same as land-leased community defined in sections 335.30A and 414.28A.

  • Community basin means an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond, established in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-4.2(c)14, that is designed and constructed in accordance with the New Jersey Stormwater Best Management Practices Manual, or an alternate design, approved in accordance with N.J.A.C. 7:8-5.2(g), for an infiltration system, sand filter designed to infiltrate, standard constructed wetland, or wet pond and that complies with the requirements of this chapter.

  • Urban Coordinating Council Empowerment Neighborhood means a neighborhood given priority access to State resources through the New Jersey Redevelopment Authority.

  • Disadvantaged Communities means communities that bear burdens of

  • Noncommunity water system means a public water system that is not a community water system.

  • Health care plan means any contract, policy or other arrangement for benefits or services for medical or dental care or treatment under:

  • Community mental health program means all mental health

  • Natural resources means land, fish, wildlife, biota, air, water, ground water, drinking water supplies, and other such resources belonging to, managed by, held in trust by, appertaining to, or otherwise controlled by the United States or the State.

  • Low-Income Community means any area as defined in accordance with IRC § 45D(e).
