RS Subsidiary Agreement definition

RS Subsidiary Agreement means the agreement to be entered into between the Recipient and the RS, referred to in paragraph 2 of Section III of Schedule 2 to this Agreement, as the same may be amended from time to time, and such term includes all schedules and agreements supplemental to each Subsidiary Agreement.

  • Subsidiary Guaranty means, collectively, the Subsidiary Guaranty made by the Subsidiary Guarantors in favor of the Collateral Agent on behalf of the Secured Parties, substantially in the form of Exhibit F-2, together with each other Guaranty and Guaranty supplement delivered pursuant to Section 6.12.
