Rx Option definition

Rx Option means the SHARP prescription drug coverage option described in this document.
Rx Option means the SHARP Pre-Medicare/Non-Medicare prescription drug coverage option described in this document.
Rx Option means the SHARP prescription drug coverage option described in this document. “SHARP” means the Supplemental Healthcare, Adventist Retirement Plan.

Related to Rx Option

  • 3(i) Option means an Option granted pursuant to Section 3(i) of the Ordinance to any person who is Non- Employee.

  • Top-Up Option has the meaning set forth in Section 1.4(a).

  • Vested Option means any Option, which has already been vested according to the Vesting Dates.

  • Parent Stock Option means any option to purchase Parent Common Stock granted under any Parent Stock Plan.

  • Stock Index Option means an exchange traded option entitling the holder, upon timely exercise, to receive an amount of cash determined by reference to the difference between the exercise price and the value of the index on the date of exercise.

  • Vested Options means the Options that have vested in accordance with Section 2.2 of this Agreement.

  • Nonqualified Option means any Option that is not an Incentive Stock Option.

  • 102 Option means any Option granted to Employees pursuant to Section 102 of the Ordinance.

  • Option Right means the right to purchase Common Shares upon exercise of an option granted pursuant to Section 4 of this Plan.

  • Company Option means an option to purchase shares of Company Common Stock granted under the Company Incentive Plan.

  • Related Option means an Option with respect to which a Stock Appreciation Right has been granted.

  • Optioned Stock means the Common Stock subject to an Option.

  • Option means a stock option granted pursuant to the Plan.

  • SAR means a stock appreciation right granted under the Plan.

  • Nonstatutory Stock Option means an Option not intended to qualify as an Incentive Stock Option.
