Safety zone means the area officially set apart within a roadway for the exclusive use of
EPC Contract means the Seller’s engineering, procurement and construction contract with the EPC Contractor.
Procurement Contract or “Contract” means any written agreement of the Authority for the acquisition of goods or services of any kind in the actual or estimated amount of $25,000, or more.

Labor peace agreement means an agreement between an entity and a
transport contract means a contract of carriage for reward or free of charge between a railway undertaking or a ticket vendor and the passenger for the provision of one or more transport services;

Third Party Contractor as used in the Student Data Protection Act and “Operator” as used in COPPA. De-Identified Information (DII): De-Identification refers to the process by which the Contractor removes or obscures any Personally Identifiable Information (“PII”) from Education Records in a way that removes or minimizes the risk of disclosure of the identity of the individual and information about them.
Construction Contracts means the contracts between Lessee and Contractors for the furnishing of labor, services or materials to the Leased Premises in connection with the construction of the Improvements.

Third Party Contracts means any agreements entered into by the Retailer and/or the Customer with any third parties, such as the Transmission Licensee and the MSSL, to enable the Retailer to retail electricity to Contestable Consumers. For the purposes of this Electricity Agreement, Third Party Contracts shall include, but is not limited to, the Retailer Use of Systems Agreement, the Market Support Services Agreement, and the Power System Operator•Market Participant Agreement (as defined under the Market Rules);
Related Party Contract has the meaning set forth in Section 3.25.
Storage Contract means the contract described in paragraph 8.3.3 of the Conditions of Business or paragraph
Insured contract means any written:
a. leases of premises;
b. easement agreements, except those concerning construction or demolition operations abutting railroad property;
c. obligation to insure a municipality as required by law or ordinance, except in connection with work for the municipality; d. sidetrack agreements; or
e. elevator maintenance agreements.
Federal-Aid Contract means a contract in which the United States (federal) Government provides financial funding as so designated in the Information for Bidders.
Specialty contractor means a person who is licensed to conduct business as described in subsection 4 of NRS 624.215.
sub-contract means the primary contractor’s assigning, leasing, making out work to, or employing, another person to support such primary contractor in the execution of part of a project in terms of the contract;
Federal work authorization program means any of the electronic verification of work authorization programs operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security or any equivalent federal work authorization program operated by the United States Department of Homeland Security to verify information of newly hired employees, pursuant to the Immigration Reform and Control Act of 1986 (IRCA), D.L. 99-603.
