Safety Procedures definition

Safety Procedures means those procedures and protocols set out in the Environmental, Health and Safety Plan in Exhibit D.

Safety Procedures. The District recognizes the importance of implementation of additional and/or specific safety practices consistent with guidance from the State of California, Sacramento County Department of Public Health, and the Sacramento County Office of Education. The following outlines safety practices and procedures being implemented based on guidance from these agencies:

  • The District expects the Contractor, its subcontractors, and their employees to comply with all of the District's COVID-19 Safety Procedures and Policies, including, but not limited to mask requirements, temperature taking and symptom tests, and social distancing practices, as may be implemented by the District from time to time, with the exclusion of those policies related to how District employees report COVID-19 concerns to the Risk Management and Human Resources departments.

  • Notwithstanding Section 11.1(a), subject to the Inspector having completed Contractor’s safety training, the Inspector shall have free access to the Project Hardware and the Work at the Site during all hours that Contractor or its Subcontractors are on Site performing Work and the Inspector may observe the Work at the Site during such time period subject to compliance with Contractor’s Safety Procedures.


More Definitions of Safety Procedures

Safety Procedures. The Contractor’s pilots will determine all conditions regarding safety prior to and during the flight. Should the Contractor’s pilots consider the conditions unsafe, they will either forego that particular flight or return to base or any other site deemed more appropriate for safety reasons. The flight schedule is approximate, and may be subject to change for reasons of inclement weather or sage-grouse behavior as a result of range conditions. Schedules may be adjusted between locations if necessary to complete survey work in an effective manner. Actual departure sites may vary to facilitate efficient and safest use of Aircraft’s time.

  • Operation Procedures means the procedures contained in Annexure A hereto which the Contractor is obliged to follow when performing work on behalf of the company

  • AML/KYC Procedures means the customer due diligence (CDD) procedures of a Reporting Financial Institution pursuant to the anti-money laundering or similar requirements of the jurisdiction concerned to which such Reporting Financial Institution is subject.

  • Staff Vetting Procedures means the Authority’s procedures for the vetting of personnel and as advised to the Contractor by the Authority.

  • Security Procedures means rules and regulations governing access to, and health and safety procedures while on, Government premises; and information technology security protocols;

  • Policies and Procedures means the written policies and procedures of the Client in any way related to the Services, including any such policies and procedures contained in the Organic Documents and the Offering Documents.
