The District expects the Contractor, its subcontractors, and their employees to comply with all of the District's COVID-19 Safety Procedures and Policies, including, but not limited to mask requirements, temperature taking and symptom tests, and social distancing practices, as may be implemented by the District from time to time, with the exclusion of those policies related to how District employees report COVID-19 concerns to the Risk Management and Human Resources departments.
