Sage Partner definition

Sage Partner means any accredited partner or Sage approved reseller, distributor or dealer from whom you may purchase the Solution;

  • ISV Partner will not knowingly encourage Sage Customers, Prospective Sage Customers or End Users to change Sage Partner or offer or provide a commercial benefit to a Sage Customer, Prospective Sage Customer or End User for selecting one Sage Partner over another.
