Sage Partner definition

Sage Partner means any accredited partner or Sage approved reseller, distributor or dealer from whom you may purchase the Solution;

  • If you don't accept this Agreement, you should contact us or the Sage Partner you purchased your subscription from immediately and not install, access or use the Solution in any way.

  • Changes will take effect from the date your Sage Partner processes the requested changes through the Portal or we process your request in our entitlement system following receipt of instructions from your Sage Partner.

  • Life Member means an Individual appointed as a Life Member of the Club under clause 5.2.
