Sage Partners definition

Sage Partners means independent third parties authorised or certified by Sage to act as partners, distributors or resellers of Sage Products/Services through Sage’s various authorised partner or other programmes or pursuant to separate written agreements.

  • Seller hereby represents and warrants that it has not engaged the services of any real estate agent, broker or firm in connection with the Property or this real estate transaction except Sage Partners.
