Sale Confirmation definition

Sale Confirmation has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.3(g) of the Gold Bullion Terms. “Sale Request” has the meaning given to such term in Clause 4.3(a) of the Gold Bullion Terms.
Sale Confirmation means any documentation which may be issued by the Seller to record the specific terms for the sale and delivery of Product supplied pursuant to an Order.
Sale Confirmation has the meaning specified in Section 4.4(b).

Sale Confirmation means the document issued by the Company which stipulates and confirms the order for the Goods and the price payable.
