Sale Settlement Condition definition

Sale Settlement Condition means, with respect to any binding commitment of the Borrower to sell a Collateral Loan, a condition that is beyond the control of the Borrower and/or the Servicer, as certified in writing by the Servicer to the Administrative Agent, which has resulted in the settlement of such sale not occurring within 30 days of the date of the Borrower entering into such binding commitment to sell.
Sale Settlement Condition means, with respect to any binding commitment of the Borrower to sell a Collateral Asset, a condition that is beyond the control of the Borrower and/or the Investment Advisor, as certified in writing by the Investment Advisor to the Administrative Agent, which has resulted in the settlement of such sale not occurring within 30 days of the date of the Borrower entering into such binding commitment to sell.

Related to Sale Settlement Condition

  • Master Settlement Agreement means the settlement agreement and related documents entered into on November 23, 1998, by the state and leading United States tobacco product manufacturers.

  • Gross Settlement Amount means $633,000.00 which is the total amount Defendant agrees to pay under the Settlement except as provided in Paragraph 9 below. The Gross Settlement Amount will be used to pay Individual Class Payments, Individual PAGA Payments, the LWDA PAGA Payment, Class Counsel Fees, Class Counsel Expenses, Class Representative Service Payment and the Administrator’s Expenses.

  • Optional Redemption Settlement Date means the second Valuation Date after the Optional Redemption Pricing Date, provided that such Valuation Date is not a Disrupted Day and that such Valuation Date is both a Currency Business Day and a Clearing System Business Day.

  • Early Closure means the closure on any Exchange Business Day of the Exchange or the Related Exchange(s) prior to its closing time, unless such earlier closing time is announced by the Exchange or Related Exchange(s) at least one hour prior to the earlier of: (i) the actual closing time for the regular trading session on the Exchange or Related Exchange(s) on such Exchange Business Day and (ii) the submission deadline for orders to be entered into the Exchange or Related Exchange system for execution at the Valuation Time on such Exchange Business Day.

  • Final Redemption Settlement Date means the day that falls three Currency Business Days after the Final Redemption Date.
