  • In arriving at the valuation of the Sale Vessels, the Independent Valuer has not made a physical inspection of the Sale Vessels, and has not inspected the Sale Vessels’ classification records, but has assumed for the purposes of the valuation that the Sale Vessels are in good and seaworthy condition.

Related to Sale Vessels

  • Vessels shall have the meaning set forth in the recitals.

  • Documented vessel means a vessel documented under chapter 121, title 46, United States Code or a vessel for which an application for such docu- mentation is pending.

  • Barge means a vessel that is not self-propelled.

  • Rig means, collectively, offshore drilling rigs, including, semisubmersibles, drillships, xxxx-ups, semisubmersible tender assist vessels and submersible rigs, owned by the Borrower and/or any Subsidiary of the Borrower, and, individually, any of such rigs.
