Sales Force(s) definition

Sales Force(s) means the Esprit Sales Force and/or the Indevus Sales Force, as applicable.
Sales Force(s) means, collectively, one or more of the Laboratory Sales Forces, Physician Sales Forces and/or Managed Care Sales Forces, as applicable.

  • The quantity and type of Product Samples to be distributed by the Parties' Sales Forces will be part of the Commercialization Plan.

  • Upon the termination or expiration of the Co-Promotion Agreement, Targacept shall promptly return to AstraZeneca all Co-Promoted Product samples, all Promotional Materials, and all training materials that AstraZeneca provided to Targacept pursuant to the Co-Promotion Agreement that are in the possession of, or under the control of, Targacept or its Designated Sales Forces.

  • The Parties acknowledge that their respective Sales Forces must be trained, qualified and ready to launch, Commercialize and Detail Product to Physician Targets for use in the Field in the Co-Promotion Territory on the date of launch as specified in the then-current Commercialization Plan; provided that such date shall be no later than the date specified for such Party in the Collaboration Plan.

  • Failure to receive and/or enforce the required production of the certificate of insurance will not void the User's obligation to provide the insurance as foresaid.

  • The incentive compensation structure for a Party’s Designated Sales Forces shall be solely determined by such Party, provided that each such incentive program shall provide that the weighting for sales performance of the Co-Promoted Products shall be at least [********] of such Party’s Designated Sales Forces’ total incentive compensation.

  • The Parties shall deploy each of their respective Sales Forces in an effort to Commercialize Product to Physician Targets in the Field in the Co-Promotion Territory in accordance with the Commercialization Plan in effect from time to time, the directions of the JCC, and the terms of this Agreement and the Collaboration Agreement.
