Same Day ACH definition

Same Day ACH means a one-time same day payment to a participating payee for an additional fee, subject to certain restrictions.

  • If you are not enrolled in Bank’s Same Day ACH service, Bank will treat all ACH Entries as ACH Entries intended for standard processing in accordance with applicable Rules and industry practices.

Related to Same Day ACH

  • Same Day Funds means (a) with respect to disbursements and payments in Dollars, immediately available funds, and (b) with respect to disbursements and payments in an Alternative Currency, same day or other funds as may be determined by the Administrative Agent or the applicable L/C Issuer, as the case may be, to be customary in the place of disbursement or payment for the settlement of international banking transactions in the relevant Alternative Currency.

  • Agent’s Office means the Agent’s address and, as appropriate, account as set forth on Schedule 10.02, or such other address or account as the Agent may from time to time notify the Lead Borrower and the Lenders.

  • Specified Dollar Amount means the maximum cash amount per $1,000 principal amount of Notes to be received upon conversion as specified in the Settlement Notice related to any converted Notes (or deemed specified pursuant to Section 14.02(a)).

  • Swing Line Facility means the revolving credit facility made available by the Swing Line Lender pursuant to Section 2.04.

  • Hong Kong Dollar means the lawful currency of Hong Kong.
