SAP Statements definition

SAP Statements means Annual Statements and Quarterly Statements.

SAP Statements has the meaning set forth in Section 3.1(d)(i).

More Definitions of SAP Statements

SAP Statements means the Annual and Quarterly Financial Statements of the Company prepared in accordance with SAP and delivered to Buyer pursuant to Sections 3.10 and 5.5.
