Savings trust fund. MEANS THE TRUST FOR EITHER THE COLLEGE SAVINGS PROGRAM OR THE TRUST FOR THE ABLE SAVINGS PROGRAM, CONSISTING OF THE ACCOUNTS FOR THAT PROGRAM.

  • Trust Fund The trust fund established by the Trust Agreement, the assets of which consist of the Mortgage Loans and any other assets as set forth therein.   • PFPC Trust means PFPC Trust Company or a subsidiary or affiliate of PFPC Trust Company.

  • Endowment fund means an institutional fund or part thereof that, under the terms of a gift instrument, is not wholly expendable by the institution on a current basis. The term does not include assets that an institution designates as an endowment fund for its own use.

  • Liquidating Trust Assets means the assets of a Debtor or Debtor-Controlled Entity to be transferred to a Liquidating Trust as may be determined by the Plan Administrator, which shall be described in a Liquidating Trust Agreement.
